Since the beginning of her cooperation with the Law Firm she has been dealing with cases from the widely understood labor law. This includes, in particular, current counselin, or drafting legal opinions for the Firm’s clients. 

She prepares and analyzes documents in the scope of the labor law, as well as concerning other forms of employment and temporary work.

She has extensive experience in individual labor law matters, including, in particular, the establishment and termination of the employment relationship, modification of terms and conditions of employment, working time. Thanks to this, she finds answers to questions and solutions to the problems of the Firm’s clients.

She successfully represents the Law Firm’s clients before labor courts in cases involving claims related to the employment relationship, including cases of termination of employment, or overtime.

She also provides advice on collective labor law. She conducts training courses on labor law, in particular on working time, anti-mobbing and discrimination.

She is fluent in English.

She always provides services to the Firm’s clients with due diligence, earnestly and conscientiously, with a view to the best possible legal protection of their interests.
