Attorney at law at the District Chamber of Attorneys in Poznań. The graduate of the law faculty of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She was the legal advisor of Ernst & Young, Pekao S.A. Bank and the City of Poznań (Municipality Office). She was the member of supervisory boards of municipality commercial companies. From the beginning of her professional career she is dealing with the economy law – understood very broadly.

She specializes in the commercial law. She has a long-term experience in transactions of mergers and acquisitions and also in preparing and analyzing extremely complicated contracts (not necessarily pointed out in the civil code) – used in the economic and commercial turnover. Within the Office – she is supervising the complicated litigation (court disputes), including conflicts between the shareholders of large capital companies. She has undertaken a lot of due diligence legal audits.
