She has many years of experience of advising business entities in matters related to labor law. It includes both providing clients with support in contentious issues, including successfully representation of employers before labor courts, as well as advising on the application of TUPE regulations, consulting on collective redundancies or work on internal company files. In addition, she advises on current, business-as-usual issues related to wide range of labor law topics.

Ilona advises Clients on the full range of HR issues and supports them in building a positive work environment. She works directly with managers and HR teams.
