Attorney at law at the District Chamber of Attorneys in Poznań. The graduate of the law faculty of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. From the beginning of his professional career he specializes in labor law. He has gained his work experience amongst others as the legal advisor of the international Ernst & Young Office and then as the board chairman of the advisory firm – W. Frąckowiak i Wspólnicy WGK and as the managing partner of the legal office. In 1998-2001 he was the board member of Economic Advisors Society in Warsaw. He is the lecturer of the Economic University in Poznań.

He is dealing mostly with the issues of the collective labor law – the aspects of the relations between the employees’ representatives (trade unions, employees’ councils) and employers. He undertakes trainings within the scope of labor law – both opened and dedicated to the certain subjects.
