Attorney at law at the District Chamber of Attorneys in Poznań. He specializes in litigation (court cases), especially when it refers to debt collection. He has represented the Office’s clients in more than three hundred of court cases, including the ones against the State and the insurance companies not willing to pay off the compensation. He advises the commercial subjects within the scope of the civil material law, commercial companies law, insolvency and bankruptcy law and he undertakes legal audits (due diligence) of commercial subjects. He advises the Office’s clients as well in the scope of administering the building investments – also regarding the contracts based on FIDIC and in the given cases of the Polish Building Law. He has also gained the experience to advise within the mergers and acquisitions of the commercial companies – both from the business perspective and while registering these processes in the Court Register.
